We kindly ask that you RSVP by 1st June 2027. This gives us enough time to finalise numbers with our venue and caterers. If you miss the deadline, please reach out to us directly.

We would love for our guests to dress in formal or black-tie attire. We suggest soft, romantic colours - think dusty rose, sage, champagne, navy, or classic black. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream so those shades are reserved for the bride. Please be aware we are on a beach, so expect sandy shoes.

The ceremony begins promptly at 1:00 PM, so we ask that all guests are seated by 12:45 PM. The venue will be open from 12:00 PM for arrivals. We recommend arriving a little early as access is a short walk across Polzeath beach.

There are 2 public car parks alongside Polzeath beach, both within a 2-minute walk of the venue. Parking can be limited during busy periods, so we recommend carpooling or using local taxi services where possible. If you are booking accommodation in the area, you may want to walk to avoid public car park charges.

We love little ones, but our wedding is designed as an adult celebration. We kindly ask that childcare arrangements be made for the day.

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are named on your invitation. If you are unsure whether your invitation includes a plus-one, please don't hesitate to reach out to us - we'll be happy to clarify.

Please let us know your dietary requirements when you RSVP using the form on this site. We will work with our caterers to ensure there are wonderful options available for all guests.

Polzeath has a range of charming hotels, cosy B&Bs, and self-catering cottages within walking distance of the venue. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred choice.

We are having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the vows. Our professional photographer will capture every beautiful moment. You are absolutely welcome - and encouraged - to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception!

The venue is located at Surfside Polzeath, Polzeath Beach, Cornwall, UK. Once you are at the beach, the venue is a short walk across the sand and should be clearly visible. The map on our homepage also shows the venue location.
